M-City Monash is a $1 billion mixed-use development by Saraceno Group and Schiavello. AIC is proud to be part of this passionate and experienced team to realise the project. The 3.52 hectare land includes three residential towers, 250 bed hotel and short-stay accommodation, retail and convenience support, entertainment options, 9 storey professional offices, fitness centre, medical suite and pharmacy, and childcare. AIC have been engaged to supply and place formwork, reinforcement and concrete to the basement floor and all on ground concrete to ground level.
