AIC is proud to have been involved in the new $40 million purpose built facility for Cotton On. The project lies within the Avalon Airport Industrial Precinct as the anchor tenant. The floor specification had Super Flat Floor and Very Narrow Aisle requirements which were met and exceeded. Facilities include traditional racking and high-tech automation to enable distribution of 100 million items worldwide.
